What are your drop off and pick up times?

Monday - Friday, 8am - 10am
Monday - Friday, 6pm - 8pm
Sundays, 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Please be considerate of our schedules. We try to accommodate all of our customers as best we can, and we like to keep the dogs on a schedule as well. Please Note our drop off and pick up times are available to everyone by appointment. If you do not have a schedule time with us, please do not assume that we will be here to meet with you . We arrange our schedule around our customers. If we have no scheduled customers on an evening, we may not have our gates open. Please do not drive out for a viewing or a pickup unless you have talked with us first. If you want to change your schedule time, just call us at 403-949-2963. If the voice mail comes on, be sure and leave a message as we check our messages very frequently. When you hear back from us, we can arrange a time that works for you.
