What are the rates and when should I pay?
a) All boarding fees are paid on dropoff. This way, when you and your dog(s) are all excited to see each other again, there is nothing to take care of but give a big hug!
b) We accept Visa, M/C, Debit, Cheque or Cash

c) Christmas and Easter bookings will be asked for prepayment approximately 30-60 days prior to visit. Cancellation policy during these peak times is 10 days. We will then have time to go into our waiting list and try to fill your spot for you.
