We recommend booking as far in advance as possible during holidays, long weekends and summer.

Peak Season: Christmas, Spring Break and Summer bookings require prepayment approximately 30-60 days prior to visit.

Cancellation Policy:  50% of the total confirmed booking will be applied when cancelling less than 10 days prior to stay.  

Your dog may go to the common play area or into their own run. You can let us know if you would like them to play with others or not. If your dog is unsocial or older and doesn't appreciate other dogs around them, we will separate pets accordingly *additional charges may apply*
